Is this medical advice?
No. Ofek is an AI companion grounded in your cited record. It helps you understand, prepare, and ask better questions. Decisions belong to you and your care team, and every screen says so.
Who can see my record?
You, and the people you explicitly invite, with per-person permissions. Access is enforced at the database layer, every read is audited, and withdrawing consent tears down shares, exports, and drafts in one cascade.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. A complete export of everything Ofek holds for you (readable files plus your original documents) is one button on the privacy page. That is your right under HIPAA, and we built it early.
What does it cost?
Nothing while Ofek is in pre-alpha. When that changes, existing families will hear it from us first, plainly.
